Having mentioned Harriet Tubman (c. 1820 - 1913), the great abolitionist and active “conductor” of the Underground Railroad in America during the decade leading up to the Civil War, known as the “Black Moses,” I am posting below a good 45-minute video documentary about her life and work. It emphasizes her strong Christian faith, without which she would not have found the strength she needed to carry out her mission.
